How to make Chocolate Protein Brownies

Makes 10 servings

Ingredients

Method

  • 1 cup mashed banana (preferably overripe)

  • 2/3 cup nut butter of choice

  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder

  • 3 tbsp chocolate protein powder, or additional cocoa 

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 cup sweetener (liquid) of choice OR additional banana

  • Mini chocolate chips

  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees.

  2. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.

  3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stir until completely smooth, and spread into the prepared pan 

  4. Bake on the center rack for about 20-25 minutes

  5. Once cut, the brownies can either be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days or in the freezer for up to a month. 

  6. Enjoy!
