How to make Energizing overnight oats
Ingredients
Method
Makes 1 serving
Prepared in 5 mins (chill for 6 hours)

1 cup oats

1 cup milk (whatever milk you like)

1 tbsp maple syrup
-
1 tsp cinnamon
-
½ tsp cacao
-
2 tbsp chocolate chips
-
Banana for topping
-
Place ingredients in a bowl or mason jar and mix.

Place in refrigerator overnight or for at least 6 hours.

Tuck in and enjoy!
