How to make Energizing overnight oats

Ingredients

Method

Makes 1 serving

Prepared in 5 mins (chill for 6 hours)

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1 cup milk (whatever milk you like)

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ½ tsp cacao

  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips 

  • Banana for topping

  1. Place ingredients in a bowl or mason jar and mix.

  2. Place in refrigerator overnight or for at least 6 hours.

  3. Tuck in and enjoy!
