Banana Quiona Brekkie Bites

Prep time: 15 mins Makes: 8 bites
Ingredients
1 cup Oats
1 cup uncooked Quiona
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
pinch of Sea salt
3 large ripe bananas, mashed
2 tbsp Chia seed
3 tbsp Peanut butter ( or other nut butter will work)
1 tbsp Coconut oil, softened
2 tbsp Walnuts
Method
1.) Preheat oven to 150 degrees
2.) Grease a 9 x 9 inch baking dish with coconut oil
3.) In a large bowl combine oats
Baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Add peanut butter, coconut oil.
Add in bananas, chia seed, quiona,
Stir until well-combined.
Put mixture into muffin cases, and cook for 20 mins
Take out of the oven and check centre with knife, to see if they are fully cooked.
Top with some chopped walnuts and enjoyyyyy
